Learning Management System (LMS) Refresh
Developed functional and technical requirements to support evaluation of learning management systems for the NextGenMD curriculum at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. This work helped clarify institutional needs, support stakeholder decision-making, and strengthen the selection process for a future-state LMS.

Change Management for Curriculum Mapping
I developed a change management approach to support ongoing maintenance of the curriculum map across NextGenMD courses at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Question Bank and Co-Curricular Resource Evaluation
This project involved evaluating question bank and co-curricular learning resources used to support board preparation, independent study, and instructional activities at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. The work focused on educational value, learner and faculty use, and alignment with curricular goals to inform strategic resource decisions and support effective student learning.
