I bring together academic medicine, instructional design, and educational systems in service of meaningful, learner-centered education.

This website highlights my work in academic medicine, curriculum operations, educational systems, leadership, and process improvement.
I bring more than 20 years of experience across instructional design and technology, librarianship, management, and teaching in multiple modalities. My backgrounds in library science, instructional design, and leadership give me a distinctive perspective on learning design, educational systems, and the practical realities of supporting students, faculty, and staff.
Over the course of my career, I have developed deep experience with learning management systems including Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Elentra, and VidaNovaVLE, along with other specialized educational technologies. I am especially interested in how thoughtful systems, strong operations, and effective stakeholder support can improve the educational experience.
In early 2024, I joined the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine as the inaugural Director of Curriculum Operations, where I lead undergraduate medical education curriculum operations, governance processes, educational systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
